As previously mentioned, the figure of Stefano Ghisleni is certainly an added value, he will carry out a work from the technical and methodological point of view extremely detailed and planned with the technical staff, because the youth sector must be interpreted as a marathon and not a hundred meters, so the path is long and every step must be planned. The youngest teams have done excellent work for years here in La Spezia, coordinated by Paolo Rovani, a figure who has guaranteed great continuity.
